Description:
Join us on a 3.4-mile loop hike in search of Spring wildflowers in Morgan Monroe State Forest. This is also a very popular trail for birding, pond turtles and exploring the famous Shelter Rock overhang. This trail is very hilly and can be muddy at times.
Adults and kids are encouraged to join this mini adventure. We will hike as a group.
Due to past problems, pets are not allowed.
On any club related trip, including Meetup outings, please be prepared to sign the club waiver (release of liability) and provide emergency contact information. The information would be used to make contact with someone, on your behalf, should an unexpected emergency arise while enjoying a club activity.
There is a limit to the number of people, so sign up early.
