The Central Indiana Wilderness Club is a not-for-profit volunteer run club founded for the purpose of providing reasonably priced backpacking, hiking, canoeing/rafting, biking, kayaking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and other wilderness adventures for members. Each year CIWC conducts trips with destinations as diverse as southern Indiana and the Grand Canyon. We have trips for both the novice and experienced person, with the club taking care of most details. CIWC was formed in 1982 and currently has over 150 members.
